When will my order ship? +
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from New York.
Do you ship across the United States? +
Yes! We currently ship within the United States.
Are these toys safe for cats? +
Our toys are made with cat-friendly materials and are designed for supervised play.
As with any pet toy, please inspect each toy regularly and replace it if damaged.
Is the Adventure Set suitable for kittens? +
Yes. The House Lion Adventure Set is suitable for both kittens and adult cats.
We recommend supervising kittens during playtime.
How many toys are included? +
Each Adventure Set includes seven interactive toys, including mice, feather toys,
balls, and a teaser wand.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Please contact us within seven days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged
item. We will work with you to make it right.
What is your return policy? +
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
